- Quality Training @ HKFI
Established in 1988, the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) is dedicated to strengthening professional training across the industry and promoting insurance as a career of choice. A series of curriculum pertinent to the latest development of our market and imminent change in regulatory landscape is introduced. To cater for the diverse training needs of back office staff and intermediaries, HKFI organises public classes and also partners with the training teams of insurers to run in-house courses or incorporate them into part of their in-house training.
- Pilot Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Insurance Sector (Insurance Pilot Programme)
The Insurance Pilot Programme was launched by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) targeting the public, students and existing industry practitioners to help attract new blood to the insurance sector.
The HKFI’s YIE Programme above has been part of the Work and Learn Programme being one of the initiatives under the named Insurance Pilot Programme from 2016 onwards.
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
CII is a professional body dedicated to building public trust in the insurance and financial planning profession. CII provides relevant learning, insightful leadership and an engaged membership for its members by maintaining continuing professional development and adhering to a published ethical code.

ANZIIF is an education, training and professional development organisation for the insurance and finance industry in the Asia-Pacific region, serving members in 50 countries.
